What we collect, and why

When you enquire through this site (or by phone or WhatsApp), we ask for your name, phone number, KCSE grade and the programme you are interested in — plus an email address and a message if you choose to add them. We also record how you found us (for example, TikTok or a friend). We use this for exactly one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and take you through admission.

Consent, and how to withdraw it

The enquiry form only sends when you tick the consent box — no tick, no data. If you later want us to stop contacting you, say so in any reply, message us on WhatsApp, or call +254 718 322 222, and we stop. Withdrawing consent does not affect any application you have already made.

Where your information lives

Enquiries and applications are stored in the college's admissions system, accessible only to staff who work on admissions. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the college and the systems it runs on.

Photographs on this site

Where a photograph on this website shows an identifiable person, it is published with that person's consent. If a photo shows you and you want it removed, tell us and we will take it down.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us at info@skillwave.ke, on WhatsApp, or at the college office on Boiman Road, Nyahururu.
