Why the first trimester is higher. Registration, caution money (refundable), uniform/lab coat, the medical examination on admission and the Hepatitis B vaccine are charged once, at the start. From the second trimester the bill settles to the standard figure. The Diploma in ICT is the exception — its fee barely moves across the whole course.
Meals and boarding are not included in any figure on this page. See "Meals and accommodation" below.
All figures are indicative — 2026 approved structure; confirm with the Finance Office. Intakes run at the start of every trimester — January, March, May and September; the next is 1 September 2026 for every programme.

Bridging tuition is 10% below Outspan rates. Meals and boarding for bridging students are charged monthly, not per trimester: meals KES 3,000 per month, boarding KES 5,700 per month.
Meals and accommodation are not in the fee
Every figure on this page is tuition and college charges only. Meals and boarding are optional, charged on top, and only if the student takes them.

A trimester is four months. For bridging, a trimester is three months.
What the fee covers
These are the item names that appear across our approved 2026 fee structures. Not every item applies to every programme — your Finance Office letter confirms the exact mix. The starred items are charged once, in the first trimester, and are the reason it costs more than the rest.

We do not publish the amount against each individual item. The figures we stand behind are the per-trimester and programme totals above; the Finance Office confirms the item-by-item breakdown in your fee letter.
Not included: meals, boarding, personal clinical kit, and exam or assessment fees payable directly to an examination body.

Pay only to Paybill 9583518. We will never ask you to send fees to a personal phone number, a till, or any other paybill. If someone asks you to, it is not us — call the college on +254 718 322 222 before you send anything.
Payment rules
- Fees must be cleared by the end of the 2nd month of each trimester. Failure to clear bars a student from block exams and assessments.
- Fees once paid are not refundable after the trimester has commenced.
- Use the learner's name as the account number so the payment reaches the right student.
- Exam and assessment fees are payable as communicated by the relevant examination body.
- The college may adjust fees; students and parents will be informed.

Admissions are rolling — you can apply at any time; each programme admits at its next intake (January, March, May or September).
